State law requires dogs to be licensed each year. WI Stats. 95.21(2) requires that dogs be vaccinated for rabies by a veterinarian at no later than 5 months of age and revaccinated within 1 year after the initial vaccination and every 3 years thereafter. The cost is $12.00 for intact dog and $7.00 for a spayed or neutered dog. You may purchase your dog license at the Clerk's Office.
Municipal Code 12.08(8) Dogs Running at Large - A dog is considered to be running at large if it is off the premises of its owner and not under the control of the owner or some other person. Please keep your dog on a leash.
