NOTICE TO CUT OR DESTROY NOXIOUS WEEDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each and every person who owns, occupies or controls land in the Village of Dresser, County of Polk, State of Wisconsin, to cut or destroy all Canada thistle, leafy spurge and field bindweed, commonly known as Creeping Jenny and all other weeds deemed noxious on all lands owned, occupied or controlled by you in said Village of Dresser, at such time and in such manner as shall effectually prevent them from bearing seed, or spreading to adjoining property as required by Section 66.0407 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
